Who do I contact if I have a question about my order?
You can contact Family Crest by e‑ mail on info@family-crest.net or telephone us at the one of the phone numbers on our online shop.
Please remember, there may be a time difference between your country and our office opening hours.
How do I pay for my product?
You can pay by debit card, credit card, through Paypal or 2Checkout.
Where and how is my product made?
Many of our products are handmade in Ireland, Spain and the United States in traditional ways and personalized for individual customers.
All our products are made to the highest standard and are quality inspected before shipping.
How long does it take for delivery after my payment is processed?
Family Crest Rings:
Delivery of Family Crest Rings and Seal Rings take approximately four weeks from receipt of payment.
Military Rings:
Delivery of military rings takes approx. 4 to 6 weeks after full payment is processed.
Embroideries:
Embroidered products take 8 to 10 weeks after full payment is processed.
Paintings:
Paintings take 4 to 6 weeks after full payment is processed.
Dinner Sets:
Chinaware will take 6-8 weeks for delivery.
Can I see my Coat of Arms before work begins?
Yes you can, when we receive your order for embroideries or engraving we will send you a picture of your Coat of Arms before we commence work.
You will be sent a request to approve the Coat of Arms.
Can I send my own Coat of Arms?
Yes, if you have a particular Coat of Arms, please send it and we will let you know if it can be used.
Should I be unhappy with my purchase, what can I do?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us immediately stating the reason why.
We will act promptly to have the product re-made if it is a fault of Family-Crest. The reason we get you to approve all Coats of Arms is to make sure
that you are happy with the design before hand. We work together on all orders.
What metals are available for Family Crest Rings?
Our jewelry is made from Sterling Silver, Yellow Gold and White Gold. Select your option when placing your order.
What do I do if I want to change my order details?
Contact our office as soon as possible if you want to change your order details.
Requests for changes can only be taken on a best efforts basis, depending on what stage your order is at.
